The key to preserving the sweet freshness and succulent texture of our Hokkaido scallops is our -20ºC to -40ºC facilities. Our scallops are individually quick frozen while fresh to lock in the freshness.
Direction: Defrost overnight in refrigerator (preferred) or in room temperature for faster defrosting. Best served just before completely defrosted.
