After 13 years in Hong Kong, my family and I decided to make Hokkaido our home in 2008.  It has been a wonderful experience to be among a community that celebrates the close relationship between human and nature.  The food, the children activities, the festivals and the farmers’ markets are all reminders of the wonderful gift of living among Hokkaido’s nature.
